A&A Naval Miniatures: War at Sea

Já tinha referido por aqui as primeiras noticias sobre as Axis & Allies Naval Miniatures à cerca de um ano atrás, e estamos a chegar finalmente à altura do seu lançamento, previsto para Março de 2007.

Agora a Guerra é no Mar... e aqui fica a primeira Press Release lançada pela Wizards of the Coast:

Fast-paced and action-packed, this exciting, new miniatures game will let players recreate historical battles or go head-to-head in competitive warfare that rages across massive 30”x40” battle maps.

  • 64 authentically detailed carriers, battleships, destroyers, cruisers, submarines, aircraft and other vessels from WWII .
  • Unique ships—such as the BB Bismarck, IJN Yamato, and the USS Enterprise—feature their distinctive markings and camouflage.

Embora o jogo pareça interessante, assumo desde já que as minis maiores tenham os mesmos problemas de deformação que as do Star Wars Starship Battles :\

Não sei, só mesmo vendo as miniaturas finais, mas penso que talvez não sofram dos problemas de deformação que assolam algumas das peças maiores do Starship Battles.

O material usado nas A&A Miniatures é diferente e nas que tenho até agora não existem grandes problemas com a excepção dos canos dos tanques e canhões, pois são mais soft...

Talvez aqui esse problema não ocorra, mas é esperar para ver.
