Documentário sobre os "Comandos"

DVD que propõe "Um Contributo para a História - 1962/2006" é lançado hoje em Lisboa.

É hoje lançado em Lisboa, pelas 17h30, no auditório do Instituto de Defesa Nacional, o DVD "Comandos - Um Contributo para a História - 1962/2006". Trata-se de um documentário de cerca de 100 minutos do jornalista Carlos Santos, com imagens dos arquivos do Exército, RTP e SIC e com depoimentos de diversos "comandos", designadamente do general Almeida Bruno.

Nascidos em 1962 em Zemba e na Quibala (Angola), os "comandos" instalaram-se sucessivamente em Luanda, Namaacha, Montepuez, Brá, Lamego, Amadora, Carregueira e agora em Mafra.

Segundo o autor, "este é um documento que, pelas imagens e pelos depoimentos recolhidos, fala dos 'comandos' e da sua História: de como se formam e como agem; do caminho percorrido desde a sua fundação até aos dias de hoje - de África ao 25 de Novembro, de Timor-Leste ao Afeganistão. E dos seus Heróis".

"Um documento imprescindível - sublinha Carlos Santos - para saber o que é e o que tem feito esta força de elite do Exército Português".

Não consegui resistir à primeira leva de Wings of War Miniatures que tinha adquirido e acabei por adquirir as miniaturas restantes desta primeira série.

Devo indicar que a Runadrake possui em stock todo o material editado do jogo Wings Of War - se bem que cada vez menos, o sucesso tem sido bastante significativo - incluindo as três caixas editadas do jogo, os boosters de expansão, e a primeira série de 12 miniaturas à escala 1:144.

O manual de regras avançadas foi lançado como previsto em meados de Maio de 2007, e já se encontra disponível para compra em sites europeus, não havendo uma data ainda prevista a nível nacional.

O prometido é devido.
Sempre tinha dito e repetido que estes não deixava passar, e não deixei.

Acabaram de chegar ao mercado nacional, pela hábil mão da Runadrake, a primeira série das Wings of War Miniatures da Fantasy Flight Games, miniaturas de aviões WWI à escala 1:144 para o seu jogo Wings Of War.

Devo dizer que as espectativas que tinha para estas miniaturas foram satisfeitas. As miniaturas possuem uma excelente qualidade e até colocam a fasquia bem alto para os lançamentos seguintes, estão muito bem conseguidas.

E juntando o útil ao agradável, consegui finalmente adquirir o primeiro jogo da série, o Wings of War: Famous Aces, um jogo que estava out-of-stock à algum tempo:
